A well-established hotel with strong conference, banqueting, and leisure operations is seeking an experienced Duty Manager. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with conference and banqueting experience who can confidently oversee daily hotel operations and support multiple departments during busy service periods.

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily hotel operations ensuring smooth service across departments

  • Act as the main point of contact for guest queries and operational issues

  • Support conference and banqueting operations during events

  • Coordinate with front office, F&B, and operations teams

  • Monitor service standards, safety procedures, and operational compliance

  • Assist with shift supervision and team leadership

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Duty Manager or supervisory hospitality role

  • Conference and banqueting experience essential

  • Strong organisational and leadership skills

  • Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
