Drinks Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced drinks development manager for our client to help oversee bar operations and bring fresh new ideas to a busy property. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong people leader with a passion for exceptional service, operational excellence, and team development.

Main Responsibilities:

• Motivation, development, training and leadership of the bar teams across venues
• Achievement of high standards throughout the beverage offering with consistent presentation and delivery of high-quality cocktail offering
• Work closely with suppliers and oversee promotions, sales and targets
• Assist with innovation, energy and creativity to enhance cocktail offering and work closely with marketing and social media
• Menu development with Quarterly menu updates in addition to regular cocktail specials, Halloween, Christmas St Patrick’s day, Easter, World Margarita Day, etc.
• Developing the reputation in the marketplace as outlets that provide enjoyable cocktail experiences
• To provide outstanding customer service and build rapport with guests
