Your Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver sales and marketing strategies to maximise revenue

• Lead, coach, and manage sales and marketing teams to achieve KPIs

• Drive corporate, leisure, group, and events business

• Oversee digital marketing, campaigns, brand positioning, and content strategy

• Analyse market trends, performance data, and competitor activity

• Manage budgets, forecasting, and reporting for sales and marketing activity

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing leadership role

• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of revenue growth

• Experience managing teams, budgets, and strategic plans

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder skills

• Knowledge of digital marketing and sales performance analytics
