Introduction
We are looking for a results-driven Deputy General Manager to oversee the hotel’s daily operations and lead all departments to consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences. The Deputy General Manager plays a key role in driving profitability, operational excellence, and team performance while supporting the General Manager in achieving business objectives.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage hotel operations daily, ensuring all departments meet high service, quality, and efficiency standards

Drive financial performance by supporting budget control, cost management, and revenue growth initiatives

Oversee staffing, recruitment, training, and performance management to build a motivated, skilled team

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across the hotel

Collaborate with the General Manager on strategic planning, duty scheduling, and large event coordination

Foster strong communication and teamwork between departments to enhance guest satisfaction and operational flow

Support sales and marketing efforts by promoting upselling, events, and brand visibility
Requirements

Proven experience as a Deputy General Manager or senior hotel operations role

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams

Financial expertise in budget management and cost control

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Thorough knowledge of hospitality compliance, health & safety standards
