Job Title: Chefs of All Grades
Location: Nationwide
Salary: €35,000 – €90,000 plus
Introduction:
We are currently hiring chefs of all Grades for a range of hotels, restaurants, resorts, and contract catering companies across Ireland. You will support high-quality food preparation, maintain kitchen standards, and contribute to consistent service excellence. These roles offer strong career progression, structured training, and the opportunity to work with skilled kitchen teams nationwide. From Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, or Executive Chef, we have positions available that match your strengths and ambitions.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook dishes to the required standard.

Support menu execution, food prep, station setup, and service.

Maintain HACCP standards, kitchen hygiene, and compliance procedures.

Deliver high quality services.

Assist with stock rotation, waste control, and maintaining food safety records.

Contribute to menu development, specials, and seasonal offerings as required

Train and support junior chefs.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a professional kitchen (level dependent)

Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards

Ability to work well under pressure in a busy service environment

Good knife skills, prep skills, and understanding of kitchen operations

Reliability, punctuality, and the flexibility.
