We are looking for a chef manager for our client. We are looking a chef coming from a catering background, that is creative, passionate about delivering an excellent standard of cuisine and is up to date with current trends. The ideal chef will be a strong kitchen manager and come with a background in corporate catering.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver an excellent standard of cuisine
- Excellent presentation skills
- Maintain a high level of food quality which will exceed guest’s expectations with every dish.
- Manage all financial aspects of the kitchen and Haccp
- Ensure full adherence to Hygiene and Safety in accordance with the Health and Safety policy.
