Chef de Partie – with accommodation

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie for our client based in Leinster with accommodation.

Job Title: Chef de Partie

Location: Leinster

Salary: €17 p/h

Responsibilities

• The Chef de Partie will support the Sous chef in day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring consistently high standards
• Will mentor and guide junior members of the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
• The Chef de Partie will maintain top-level food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards across all sections

Requirements

• 1 – 2 years experience in Hotels, restaurants or hospitality
• Passion for seasonal, local ingredients and a strong food ethos
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to support and coach junior chefs
• Calm, professional approach with strong attention to detail
