Chef de Partie
This role offers the chance to be part of a dedicated team delivering exceptional quality and craftsmanship. Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, the Chef de Partie will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards across all services while helping to shape an experience that celebrates Irish ingredients and understated excellence.
Responsibilities
- The Chef de Partie will support the Sous chef in day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring consistently high standards
- Will mentor and guide junior members of the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
- The Chef de Partie will maintain top-level food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards across all sections
Requirements
- Previous experience in a 4 or 5-star property
- Passion for seasonal, local ingredients and a strong food ethos
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to support and coach junior chefs
- Calm, professional approach with strong attention to detail
- Fluent English
