Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard within your designated section
  • Collaborate with the senior kitchen team on daily ordering, pricing, and supplier communications
  • Help minimise food waste and contribute to cost-effective kitchen operations
  • Train and guide junior staff in line with the expectations of a skilled Chef de Partie
  • Assist in recipe development, food tastings, and menu costings for all hotel outlets
  • Maintain excellent hygiene standards and complete HACCP records accurately
  • Monitor kitchen equipment and report any faults immediately
  • Reflect the hotel’s mission and values in your day-to-day work

Requirements

  • Experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end hotel, restaurant, or fine dining environment
  • Strong cooking, presentation, and organisational skills
  • Banqueting or multi-outlet kitchen experience is an advantage
  • A passion for quality, creativity, and continuous development
  • Knowledge of HACCP and safe working practices
  • Team-oriented attitude and a desire to contribute to a thriving kitchen
