Catering Manager – Kildare €55K

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Catering Manager for our client, a leading food service and hospitality provider based in Kildare.

Location: Kildare

Salary: €50-55K 

Hours: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver consistent quality in planning and execution of catering for the unit.
  • Demonstrate established company solutions to ensure consistency, quality and efficiency within consumer driven offerings.
  • Lead catering team to ensure quality in final presentation of food.
  • Train and lead employees to ensure knowledge of food menus and promotional calendars.
  • Reward and recognize employees.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback. Plan and execute team meetings 
  • Complete and maintain all staff records including training records, schedules and performance data.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and handling special requests or issues.
  • Oversee food preparation and presentation to meet quality and brand standards.
  • Supervise catering staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Maintain budgets and inventory, including ordering supplies and minimising waste.

The Ideal candidate:

  • 3+ years in a similar position
  • Experience within hotels, corporate catering would be an advantage
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • A proactive and solution-focused mindset.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Excellent financial acumen and commercial awareness.
