Hours: Daytime, Monday to Friday
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the catering operations at our clients site in Limerick. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional to lead a dedicated team and deliver outstanding food and service to students, staff, and visitors in a vibrant campus environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of catering operations across multiple outlets on campus – including a main restaurant, cafe, hospitality and events.

Ensure the delivery of high-quality, fresh, and nutritious food with a focus on customer satisfaction and value.

Manage budgets, cost control, and procurement to achieve financial targets while maintaining quality standards.

Drive operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the catering team.

Develop and implement seasonal menus and special offerings aligned with campus needs and sustainability goals.

Recruit, train, and motivate a skilled and customer-focused team.

Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
The Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in catering or hospitality management, ideally in an educational, corporate, or contract catering environment.

Strong leadership and people management skills with a hands-on approach.

Excellent communication, organisational, and financial management abilities.
