Business Development Manager (catering) 

 

We have a fantastic opportunity for a BDM based in the city centre. We are looking for a driven person that can deliver sales goals, assist the Operations Team in growing current client relationships. Improve upon process to transition new clients to the Operations Team and Manage Tailored Catering teams.  You will need to continue to maintain strong relationship between Sales, Commissary, and the Operations Teams

 

 Role Requirements:

  • Experience in sales and managing sales teams with demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets, 3+ years is preferable
  • Superior coaching skills – ability to observe, evaluate & use various techniques to improve results
  • Demonstrated ability to transition new clients from Sales to Operations
  • Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple objectives
  • Strong analytic skills to identify trends and gaps in activities and results in order to drive changes in team behaviours and build growth plans. Ability to create reports to present findings
  • Ability to work with teams spread between multiple departments
  • Strong individual & team motivation skills, with high self-awareness and good interpersonal skills
  • Personal responsibility to hit monthly team goal & positive attitude
  • Great organisational and networking skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, and communication skill
  • A professional manner and appearance when meeting clients
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Initiative and good decision-making skills
  • Presentation skills and the ability to use PowerPoint
  • Full driving license
  • Excellent bonus structure, potential 50% of salary.
