Breakfast Chef

We are delighted to be recruiting for a Breakfast Chef for our client in Co. Offaly. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that food preparation and food production is carried out to the highest standard and has an excellent knowledge of breakfast service. The role will involve operating the breakfast offering for the property, working 5/7 days and you will need to come from a volume background.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the breakfast service for the property
- Support the Head Chef in their duties
- Lead by example in excellent food production
- Maintain a high level of food quality and HACCP
- Excellent attention to detail
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef in a hotel environment
- Confidence working in a busy, high-energy kitchen
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to stay calm, adaptable, and efficient under pressure
- A positive attitude and strong team spirit
- Availability for early starts (from 6am) and weekend shifts
