We are currently recruiting for a Brand & Marketing Manager for our client. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and focused professional to take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Irish hotel market at a senior level. As the Brand & Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to maximize revenue, and  manage relationships with corporate clients and partners.

Responsibilities: 

• Building, managing and maintaining relationships with local companies.
• Negotiating rate agreements on a local level only, RFPs are managed at group level.
• Seeking out and attracting corporate group business
• Building and managing relationships with DMCs 
• Building and managing relationships with key Tour Operators.
• Creating sales strategy for meeting & events in the properties
• Website performance, packages and promotions.
• Developing a manage the database 
• Developing an OTA strategy with Cluster Revenue Manager.
• Developing a marketing strategy to drive sales in all properties.
