Our client is looking to recruit a Bartender for a busy venue.  The ideal bartender must come from a very strong hotel or bar background with a proven track record in similar role. They are looking for someone that will assist in the daily operations of the bars, be driven, can deliver excellent standards and have the passion to drive the business forward. You will need to be strong skills and people management. 

Requirements:

• Managing the smooth operation of all bars within the property. 
• Strong People managing skills required for this role
• Excellent attention to detail required for this position
• Very hands on role when carrying out duties and responsibilities.
• Responsible for the standard operating procedures throughout this property
• Managing stock levels.

Candidate Requirements:

• Understanding the current market trends for new concepts in the sector. 
• Managing the day to day operation throughout this property.
• Proven background in successful Bar operation within a busy hotel or bar. 
• Strong delegation required for when this operation is busy.
• Very Customer focused and enjoys this aspect of the job the most.
• Energetic and forward thinking candidate who can add creativity to the operation.
