Bar Supervisor – Kilkenny

We are currently recruiting for a Bar Supervisor for our client, a beautiful 4* property in Kilkenny.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day bar operations, guaranteeing smooth functionality and exceptional customer experiences.
• Manage precise inventory levels and adeptly handle staff scheduling.
• Create appealing and varied beverage menus, demonstrating creativity and an understanding of guest preferences and seasonal trends.
• Cultivate a motivated and skilled team through comprehensive training programs and ongoing support, ensuring a consistent standard of excellence.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience as a Bar Supervisor
• Self-motivated, standards driven and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise & delegate
• Warm, friendly and courteous at all times
• Previous experience within hotels would advantageous
• Flexibility to work weekends, ensuring coverage during peak business times
