We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bar Manager. Our client is seeking an ambitious, dynamic & self-motivated manager with exceptional experience of meeting the F&B trends while providing exceptional service with the personal touch.
The Manager will be responsible for the overseeing the day to day running of the business & driving the the food & beverage offerings to increase revenue. The successful candidate will have experience recruiting and training staff, formulating and implementing SOPs. An ability to grow and develop this properties online presence and marketing plan is essential.
Ideal Candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Will have experience as a F&B Manager in a Bar
- The ability to manage the day to day running of the bar including
- Sound knowledge and passion for food & beverage
- Previous experience with KPI’s, budgets, stock control, and forecasting
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve a high level of performance
- To work alongside the owner to ensure the bar maintains and exceeds its standards
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Training and rostering of staff
- Excellent standard of service
