A busy hotel with a strong food and beverage operation is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead bar service. This role focuses on team leadership, service quality, and driving beverage performance while ensuring an excellent guest experience.
Your Responsibilities

Oversee daily bar operations and ensure smooth service delivery

Lead, train, and develop bar teams to maintain service standards

Manage stock control, ordering, and beverage cost management

Drive upselling initiatives and promotional activity

Monitor revenue performance and operational KPIs

Ensure licensing, health, and safety compliance
Requirements

Previous experience managing a bar within a hotel or high-volume venue

Strong leadership and communication skills

Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and service standards

Ability to manage busy service periods
