Our client is seeking a skilled Bar Manager to lead bar operations. This is a people-focused role where you’ll drive service quality, team performance, and revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and excellent guest experiences

• Lead, train, and develop bar staff to maintain high service standards

• Manage bar inventory, stock orders, and cost control measures

• Develop and implement beverage offerings, promotions, and upsell strategies

• Monitor budgets, revenue performance, and operational KPIs

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards

Requirements

• Previous experience managing bar operations in hospitality

• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills

• Solid knowledge of beverage preparation and trends

• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak service times
