We are thrilled to partner with one of Cork’s most vibrant and acclaimed Gastro bars to find an exceptional Assistant Restaurant Manager. This is a fast-paced, high-volume venue renowned for its innovative menus, craft beverages, and stellar guest experience.
We are looking for a passionate, floor-focused leader who thrives on the buzz of a busy service and wants to make their mark on Cork’s thriving food scene.
Key Responsibilities

Team Guidance: Support, motivate, and help coordinate the day-to-day activities of the front-of-house team.

Customer Experience: Oversee daily operations to ensure high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction.

Operational Support: Assist the senior management team with administrative tasks, scheduling, and general venue oversight.

Standards & Compliance: Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment in line with industry regulations
The Ideal Candidate

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in a high-volume gastrobar, premium restaurant, or busy hotel food and beverage outlet.

Passion: A genuine love for Irish hospitality, local ingredients, and craft drinks.

Skills: Strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and a hands-on management style
