We are currently recruiting for Assistant Restaurant Manager for our client, they are seeking an ambitious, dynamic & self-motivated manager with exceptional experience of directing the team to provide exceptional service with the personal touch. The Manager will be responsible for the overseeing service. The successful candidate will have experience in, dealing with guest queries and have an excellent knowledge in hospitality with a focus on customer service.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- To oversee the day to day running of the restaurant
- Knowledge of Standards of Service
- Previous experience with KPI’s, budgets, stock control
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve a high level of performance
- Excellent customer service skills
