A busy hotel with multiple dining outlets, events, and banqueting operations is seeking an experienced Assistant F&B Manager to support the leadership of its food and beverage department. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys leading teams on the floor, driving service standards, and supporting operational performance across outlets.
Your Responsibilities

Support the F&B Manager in the daily operation of all food and beverage outlets

Lead service teams across restaurant, bar, and banqueting operations

Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management

Monitor service standards, guest feedback, and operational efficiency

Support stock control, ordering, and departmental cost management

Coordinate with kitchen and events teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements

Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hotel F&B

Strong leadership and communication skills

Experience working across multi-outlet F&B operations

Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
