Job Title: Accommodation Manager
Introduction
We are seeking an experienced Accommodation Manager to join a prestigious 5-star resort in Cork. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to lead a large accommodation operation, ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction and service standards across both hotel rooms and self-catering lodges. The Accommodation Manager will play a pivotal role in managing large teams, liaising with contractors, and working closely with all departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a large accommodation team, ensuring excellent standards throughout the property.

Oversee housekeeping, lodges, and public area operations with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Collaborate across departments including Food & Beverage, Spa, Golf, and Events to support smooth operations.

Manage and monitor supplier and contractor relationships, ensuring service agreements are upheld.

Control departmental budgets, labour costs, and resources effectively while maintaining 5-star standards.

Implement and maintain SOPs, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Requirements

Proven experience as an Accommodation Manager or similar leadership role in a 4- or 5-star property.

Demonstrated ability to manage large teams in a high-volume, luxury environment.

Strong organisational, financial, and communication skills.

Experience liaising with external contractors and managing service contracts.

Opera PMS experience highly desirable.
