Spa Operations Manager
Burren Amber is delighted to partner with our prestigious luxury hotel client in Clare to recruit an exceptional Spa Operations Manager. This is a wonderful opportunity for a dedicated hospitality professional to lead a world-class wellness facility known for its commitment to ultimate guest relaxation and luxury.
We are looking for a warm, guest-centric leader who believes in a hands-on approach. The ideal candidate will lead their team from the front, working alongside therapists and reception staff to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and rejuvenating experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and inspire the spa team from the front, fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work culture.

Oversee day-to-day spa operations, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest service.

Actively participate in the delivery of a diverse range of signature treatments and therapies to guests.

Manage retail operations within the spa, including stock control, visual merchandising, promoting luxury product lines, and driving retail sales targets.

Coordinate scheduling, training, and continuous professional development for all spa personnel.

Collaborate closely with senior hotel management to drive membership sales, marketing initiatives, and overall financial performance.
Candidate Requirements:

Proven management experience within a luxury spa, hotel, or high-end wellness environment.

Fully qualified therapist with hands-on experience in delivering a variety of treatments.

A natural leader with a visible, supportive management style and a passion for developing people.

Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in retail operations and target delivery.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an unwavering commitment to luxury guest service.
