Marketing Manager – Luxury Hotel | Cork

Burren Amber is partnering with a wonderful luxury hotel property in Cork to find a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and join our passionate team.

About the Role This hands-on role combines creative marketing, proactive corporate sales, and exciting MICE lead generation. You will work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to bring fresh marketing ideas to life, driving revenue across rooms, dining, spa, and leisure facilities while proudly representing the property at domestic and international marketing events.

Key Requirements

• Background in a marketing, sales, or business development role within the hospitality sector.

• Proven knack for corporate and MICE market development, lead generation, and crafting successful marketing pitches.

• Goal-oriented mindset paired with strong creative problem-solving and marketing communication skills.

• Fluent written and spoken English, paired with great organizational talents.

• Full, clean driver’s license with access to a car and a willingness to travel for work when needed.

Core Duties

• Spot new marketing opportunities and carry out proactive sales calls aligned with our goals.

• Nurture client relationships, grow databases, and host wonderful site inspections and FAM trips to support marketing efforts.

• Spark engagement across digital marketing platforms, social media, and website content.

• Keep an eye on competitor activity while championing top-tier brand standards in every marketing interaction.

• Collaborate on sales and marketing strategies that help everyone achieve their goals together.
