Role: Sous Chef
Salary: €40 – 45K
We are delighted to be recruiting a Sous Chef on behalf of our client, a luxury property in the Kildare area.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
- Supporting the Executive Head Chef in the daily operation of the kitchen
- Maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation and consistency
- Assisting with menu development and seasonal menu planning
- Ensuring HACCP and food safety standards are strictly adhered to
- Supervising and mentoring junior kitchen staff
- Assisting with the control of stock, ordering and minimising waste
- Ensuring smooth kitchen operations during service
