The Role & Responsibilities
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the hotel’s premium outlets, ensuring the highest standards of service and sophistication.

Lead & Inspire: Mentor, train, and develop a high-performing F&B team, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.

Elevate Standards: Maintain and elevate the hotel’s luxury service standards across all elegant food and beverage offerings.

Operational Excellence: Manage daily operations, including inventory control, budgeting, scheduling, and supplier relationships.

Guest Relations: Anticipate guest needs and personally ensure every dining experience is seamless, memorable, and uniquely welcoming.
What We Are Looking For

A proven track record as an F&B Manager or Assistant Manager within a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment.

Outstanding leadership skills with a warm, approachable, and professional demeanor.

Strong financial acumen with experience managing F&B budgets, GP margins, and labor costs.

A genuine passion for fine food, curated beverages, and the art of hospitality.
