Pastry Chef de Partie Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods across all dining outlets, including breakfast, afternoon tea, events, and room service.
  • Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control.
  • Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the pastry kitchen.
  • Follow standard recipes and food safety procedures.
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste.
  • Ensure the pastry section is clean, organised, and fully compliant with HACCP and hygiene standards.

About You

  • Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
  • Passion for pastry and attention to detail.
  • Culinary qualification is desirable.
  • Good knowledge of food safety and HACCP.
  • Ability to work well as part of a busy kitchen team.

Note: The salary on this role is €40,000 – 44,000 (not including service).
