HR Executive (4 Days/Week) – Luxury Hotel, Limerick

Burren Amber is delighted to partner with a premier hotel property in Limerick to recruit an experienced Human Resources Executive. This is a fantastic part-time opportunity (4 days per week) for a people-focused HR professional looking to thrive in a vibrant hospitality environment.

The ideal candidate will be a welcoming and supportive presence, managing day-to-day HR operations while fostering a positive, engaging workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations & Support: Act as a trusted point of contact for team members, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee well-being.

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, from sourcing passionate candidates to delivering a warm, comprehensive induction.

  • HR Administration: Oversee the maintenance of employee records, compliance, training logs, and general HR documentation to the highest standard.

  • Engagement Initiatives: Support the management team in driving staff recognition, training programs, and internal communication initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Previous HR experience, ideally within the hospitality, tourism, or service sector.

  • A warm, approachable demeanour with excellent communication and active listening skills.

  • Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail and confidentiality.

  • Relevant HR qualification or CIPD membership is highly desirable.
