We are seeking a passionate leader who thrives on innovation, possesses an encyclopedic knowledge of spirits, and can continue to elevate the cocktail offering.

Key Responsibilities

Menu Innovation: Design, develop, and execute a rotating, world-class cocktail menu that blends modern techniques with local, seasonal botanicals.

Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and train a dedicated bar team, fostering a culture of excellence, precision, and exceptional guest engagement.

Operational Excellence: Oversee inventory control, premium spirit sourcing, cost management, and strict adherence to luxury service standards.

Guest Experience: Act as the face of the property’s cocktail program, delivering memorable, bespoke experiences for discerning international and local guests.
Candidate Profile

A proven track record as a Senior or Head Mixologist within a luxury hotel, Michelin-starred restaurant, or high-end cocktail lounge.

Deep expertise in contemporary mixology trends, fermentation, infusions, and avant-garde presentation.

Strong leadership capabilities with a warm, professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.

Commercial acumen with experience managing beverage costs and supplier relationships.
