Hotel Maintenance Manager

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on technical professional to take full ownership of property upkeep, ensuring a safe, fully functional, and beautifully maintained environment for both guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:

Property Upkeep: Oversee the daily preventative and corrective maintenance of the hotel’s physical structure, plant machinery, and guest rooms.

Team & Contractor Coordination: Lead and schedule the on-site maintenance team, while coordinating with external contractors for specialized servicing.

Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all building systems, fire safety equipment, and utilities comply with current health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Budget & Asset Management: Manage the maintenance budget, control inventory for tools and spare parts, and track energy efficiency initiatives.
The Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in a maintenance management or senior supervisory role, ideally within a hotel or large residential/commercial property.

A strong, multi-skilled technical background (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or HVAC systems).

Excellent organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and preventative care.

A warm, professional communication style and the ability to work collaboratively across all hotel departments.
