Burren Amber are now recruiting a dynamic, and results-driven Business Development Manager to join the team at one of Cork’s premier Luxury hotels.
About the Role
This role focuses on driving strategic revenue growth and securing new corporate, leisure, and MICE business for the property. You will proactively manage key accounts, cultivate high-value partnerships, and represent the hotel’s luxury brand at regional networking events to maximize market share.
What You’ll Be Doing

Drive Growth: Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate and event sectors.

Nurture Relationships: Stay connected with current clients, ensuring their ongoing needs are met seamlessly.

Showcase the Property: Host engaging site inspections and represent the hotel at key networking events in the region.

Collaborate: Work closely with Revenue and Marketing teams to design winning strategies.
What You Bring to the Team

Experience: A proven track record in hotel sales or business development (luxury market experience is a big plus).

Local Insight: A strong understanding of the Cork or wider Munster business landscape.
