We are now recruiting for a passionate and talented Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team at a gastro pub in Cork. In this role, you will take ownership of a dedicated section, preparing and cooking high-quality, fresh, and locally sourced dishes that our customers love.
Working alongside a supportive culinary team, you will ensure your station runs smoothly, maintain strict health and safety standards, and help mentor junior chefs. Key Responsibilities

Station Ownership: Manage and run a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring smooth service and consistent food quality.

Food Prep & Cooking: Prepare and cook menu items to high standards, highlighting fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Teamwork & Support: Work closely with the wider kitchen team and assist in guiding junior chefs.

Stock Management: Monitor inventory, minimize waste, and maintain proper ingredient storage.

Food Safety: Maintain a clean work environment and uphold strict kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
