Burren Amber is partnering with a leading, award-winning gastropub in Cork. We are seeking an experienced, high-energy Senior Barperson to join their leadership team and drive premium service standards.
Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery: Provide exceptional beverage service, utilizing strong knowledge of craft beers, spirits, and cocktail mixology.

Shift Leadership: Act as a floor leader, mentoring junior staff and ensuring smooth operations during peak service hours.

Bar Operations: Assist with stock control, cellar management, ordering, and maintaining strict HACCP compliance.

Guest Relations: Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and handle customer feedback professionally.
Requirements
-
2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume premium bar or gastropub.

Strong leadership potential and the ability to work under pressure.

Excellent communication skills.

Full flexibility for weekends, late nights, and bank holidays.
