The Role
As the Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will oversee daily service operations, ensuring every guest experiences an impeccable “personal touch.” You will lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver flawless service while maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Direct, motivate, and manage the front-of-house team to achieve peak performance.
- Service Excellence: Implement and maintain luxury Standards of Service (SOPs) and seamlessly handle guest queries.
- Operations & Finance: Assist with day-to-day property operations, stock control, budgets, and KPIs.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven Experience: Background in a high-end, premium restaurant or luxury hotel environment.
- Wine Expertise: Exceptional, well-rounded wine knowledge and a genuine passion for food pairings.
- Business Acumen: Practical experience managing KPIs, budgets, and stock management.
