F&B Manager Wicklow €50K+

I am very excited to be recruiting on behalf of my client in the Wicklow area for an F&B Manager for their well-known luxury hotel.

The role:

• The overall success and operation of the Bar, Restaurant and related departments.
• Assisting your team in developing lasting relationships with our guests to ensure they leave feeling pampered and longing to return.
• Demonstrating leadership by inspiring your team to accomplish daily goals and targets and developing their skills.
• Ensuring our colleagues are nurtured and challenged within their roles to ensure peak performance

Successful candidates for this job will:

• Have experience within a similar role
• Demonstrate a strong leadership presence and take a proactive hands on role in order to identify and support colleagues on all levels
• Be an inspirational leader who is passionate about creating highly energised teams to provide world class service
• Be fluent in spoken and written English
• Demonstrate the ability to work in a pressured environment with high expectation guests
• Be commercially astute and have solid financial awareness
