Restaurant General Manager
We are currently recruiting for General Restaurant Manager for our client, they are seeking an ambitious, dynamic & self-motivated manager with exceptional experience of directing the team to provide exceptional service with the personal touch. The Manager will be responsible for the overseeing service, financials, costings etc. The successful candidate will have experience in implementing SOPs, dealing with guest queries and take a hands on approach with the team.
The Candidate:
- Previous experience in a busy restaurant
- Sound knowledge and passion for food
- To oversee the day to day running of the property
- Knowledge of Standards of Service
- Previous experience with KPI’s, budgets, stock control
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve a high level of performance
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience in a busy Irish property.
