Corporate Sales Manager

I am delighted to be recruiting on behalf of my client in the South Dublin area for a Corporate Sales Manager to work closely alongside the Director of Sales and Marketing and the wider hotel leadership team as we elevate the guest experience and redefine what great hospitality looks like in Dublin.

The Role

As Corporate Sales Manager, this is a proactive sale role and will play a central role in driving revenue growth through the development and management of key corporate accounts for both rooms and events revenue. This team member will lead and inspire a high-performing sales approach, build strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities across corporate segments.  A strong involvement in hotel site visits, familiarisation trips and overall sales activity in bringing new and returning clients to the Hotel. Working closely with senior leadership, you will shape and execute sales strategies that enhance brand presence, maximise commercial performance, and deliver exceptional client experiences.
