We are currently recruiting for a Head Concierge for our client, in this position you will oversee the concierge team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and managing all concierge services. This role requires leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep knowledge of local attractions, services, and luxury standards. The Head Concierge acts as a key ambassador for the property, exceeding guest expectations and fostering loyalty.
Key Responsibilities

- Supervise, train, and motivate the concierge team.
- Schedule staff to ensure optimal coverage and service.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching.
- Ensure a seamless, personalized experience for all guests.
- Assist with complex guest requests, reservations, and itineraries
- Resolve guest complaints professionally and promptly.
- Maintain concierge logs and service records.
- Manage budgets and procurement of concierge resources and supplies.
- Collaborate with other departments (housekeeping, front desk, food & beverage) for coordinated service.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, events, restaurants, and transport options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local service providers and vendors
- Develop and implement programs to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Monitor service standards and implement best practices.
