We are currently recruiting for Restaurant Manager for our client, they are seeking an ambitious, dynamic & self-motivated manager with exceptional experience of directing the team to provide exceptional service with the personal touch. The Manager will be responsible for the overseeing daily operations. The successful candidate will have experience in implementing SOPs, dealing with guest queries and have an excellent wine knowledge.
Main Responsabilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, bar, and service areas
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service
- Manage staff scheduling, performance, and development
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene are consistently maintained
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships
- Control costs, budgets, and financial performance, including payroll and wastage
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and licensing regulations
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
- Drive sales through promotions, events, and upselling initiative
