I am delighted to be recruiting on behalf of my client for a Restaurant Manager for their hotel in the Kilkenny area.

Direct and oversee daily front-of-house operations across Breakfast, Afternoon Tea, and Dinner services, ensuring flawless execution at every stage of the guest journey
Champion adherence to brand standards, ensuring consistency in service style, presentation, and guest experience throughout the day
Maintain a commanding yet approachable floor presence across all service periods
Deliver refined and personalised guest engagement, ensuring memorable experiences from breakfast through to evening dining
Lead daily pre-service briefings tailored to each service, including menu knowledge, guest preferences, and service choreography
Ensure the delivery of breakfast service that reflects attentiveness, efficiency, and warmth
Oversee the execution of Afternoon Tea service, ensuring elegance, precision, and adherence to presentation standards
Mentor and develop team members to achieve excellence in luxury service etiquette and presentation
Collaborate closely with culinary and sommelier teams to deliver cohesive and elevated dining experiences
Manage guest feedback and service recovery with discretion, empathy, and professionalism
Oversee operational planning, rostering, payroll support, inventory control, and administrative duties with accuracy and efficiency
