We are seeking an experienced, service-driven Assistant Restaurant Manager to support restaurant operations who is passionate about hospitality, team leadership and achieving goals.
Your responsibilities

Lead, train, and supervise staff to deliver exceptional guest service

Develop and maintain exceptional standards

Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships

Control costs and maintain target margins
-
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol regulations

Create staff schedules and manage labour costs

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and ambiance standards

Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently

Collaborate with the management leadership on promotions, events, and seasonal menus
Qualifications
-
5+ years of management experience
-
Strong knowledge of hospitality, spirits, wine
-
Proven leadership and team development skills

Experience with POS systems and inventory management software

Excellent communication and guest service skills
-
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications

Must have high volume restaurant experience

HACCP certifications
