Spa Therapist €33K+ Cork

I am delighted to be recruiting on behalf of my client for a Spa therapist in the Cork area. The successful candidate will have experience across a wide range of treatments and will possess the character & personality to provide the level of service required within the high-end luxury property. My client can assist with accommodation should it be required.

Job Description:

• Assist in the daily performance of spa operations, including scheduling, stock control, and budget oversight.
• Uphold and promote the highest standards of professionalism, hygiene, and customer care.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.
• Drive treatment and retail sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and a solution-focused approach.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting through spa software systems.
• Contribute to service innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Encourage upselling where possible to drive sales and achieve targets.
