We are currently recruiting for an operations Manager for our client; we are looking for a manager coming from a corporate catering or hospitality background that has managed several sites. In this position you will support the teams to deliver and excellent standard of food service, you will need to be customer and client focused and have excellent financial acumen.

• Lead and support teams across sites, ensuring high operational standards through effective management.  
• Review unit performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure full compliance with company policies.
• Analyse customer feedback to identify trends and align service offerings to meet customer needs.  
• Communicate business strategy clearly to site teams and ensure improvements and operational performance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, to support long-term partnership success.
• Support recruitment activities to ensure the right talent is resourced.
• Provide leadership and operational expertise.
• Senior management experience leading and inspiring operational teams to deliver results
• Experience managing multi-site operations with strong commercial and financial oversight
• Led the implementation of change to deliver operational benefits
• Proven ability to build and maintain senior-level client relationships
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement
• Oversee invoicing and financial processes across sites, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong commercial performance.
• Plan and implement growth and retention strategies for new and existing business.
• Full driving licence as travel required.
