A busy hotel with multiple food and beverage outlets is seeking an experienced F&B Duty Manager to support daily operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on hospitality professional who enjoys leading teams on the floor, maintaining service standards, and ensuring a smooth guest experience across restaurant, bar, and event service.
Your Responsibilities

Oversee daily food and beverage operations during assigned shifts

Lead service teams across restaurant, bar, and events as required

Support staffing coordination, floor supervision, and service flow

Handle guest queries and service recovery professionally

Ensure compliance with service standards, hygiene, and safety procedures

Assist with stock control, reporting, and operational coordination
Requirements

Previous experience in an F&B supervisory or duty management role

Strong leadership and communication skills

Experience working in busy hotel food and beverage environments

Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach
