A luxury hotel with a strong focus on fine dining and guest experience is seeking a talented Pastry Chef to join its culinary team. This role is suited to a detail-focused pastry professional who enjoys working to high standards and delivering refined desserts within a quality-driven kitchen environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Prepare and produce high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods

  • Support pastry production for restaurant service, private dining, and events

  • Maintain consistency in presentation, portioning, and flavour

  • Assist with menu development and seasonal dessert creation

  • Manage stock control, ordering, and ingredient rotation

  • Ensure full compliance with HACCP and food safety standards

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Pastry Chef within a hotel or fine-dining kitchen

  • Strong technical pastry and baking skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and presentation

  • Ability to work efficiently in a structured kitchen environment

  • Passion for creativity and continuous development
