A well-established hotel with multiple dining outlets is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join its culinary team. This role suits a motivated chef who enjoys running a section, maintaining quality standards, and supporting a professional kitchen brigade.
Your Responsibilities

Manage a designated kitchen section ensuring consistency and presentation

Prepare and cook dishes in line with established recipes and standards

Support daily prep, mise-en-place, and stock rotation

Assist senior chefs with ordering, service planning, and operations

Maintain HACCP, hygiene, and food safety procedures

Support junior chefs during service and training
Requirements

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar kitchen role

Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations

Good organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work efficiently under pressure

Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends
