A well-established hotel with multiple dining outlets is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join its culinary team. This role suits a motivated chef who enjoys running a section, maintaining quality standards, and supporting a professional kitchen brigade.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage a designated kitchen section ensuring consistency and presentation

  • Prepare and cook dishes in line with established recipes and standards

  • Support daily prep, mise-en-place, and stock rotation

  • Assist senior chefs with ordering, service planning, and operations

  • Maintain HACCP, hygiene, and food safety procedures

  • Support junior chefs during service and training

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar kitchen role

  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations

  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends
