A well-established hotel with a busy food and beverage operation is seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor. This role suits a hospitality professional with hands-on experience across bar, restaurant, and conference & banqueting environments who enjoys leading teams on the floor and delivering consistent service standards.

Your Responsibilities

As an F&B Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Supervise day-to-day F&B service across bar, restaurant, and C&B operations

• Lead and support teams during service, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction

• Coordinate staffing, section setup, and service flow across outlets

• Act as the first point of contact for guest queries and service recovery

• Support training and development of junior F&B team members

• Ensure compliance with service standards, health, safety, and hygiene procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in food and beverage service within a hotel environment

• Experience working across bar, restaurant, and C&B is strongly preferred

• Confident leader with strong communication and organisational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-led environment

• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and event shifts
