Operations Manager €65k
We are currently recruiting for a Operations Manager for our client. In this position you will oversee the operation and performance of the property. The ideal candidate should have a background in hospitality within accommodation, food service, costings and financials.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage operational budgets, control costs, expenditures, and ensure financial targets are met.
- Manage daily operations across all departments (e.g., front office, housekeeping, food service) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Oversee cleanliness, facility maintenance, supply levels, and overall operational quality to meet established standards.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Facilitate communication across the businesses and foster a excellent culture.
Skills Required
- Experience in hospitality sector within food service and accommodation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse array of people.
- Excellent business acumen and customer service skills
- Good understanding of HR policies and practices in the hospitality sector
- Good problem solving and decision-making skills
