Assistant in room Dining Manager 

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant in room Dining Manager for our client, we are looking for a manager to lead the department, take a hands-on approach with the team to deliver an excellent standard of service to the clients. The ideal Assistant in room Dining Manager will come from a 4* or 5* property and have an excellent knowledge of banqueting. Property can assist with accommodation. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee the planning weddings, and events and in room dining. 
  • Actively lead the banquet team to ensure optimum service to guests and meeting planner satisfaction
  • Manage, train and ensure the performance of assigned Banquet Staff.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure all details are addressed.
  • Monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position
  • 5* experience would be a distinct advantage
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
